Poway LifeHouse Sober Living Home is a seven bedroom house.The house
is designated as a male sober living home. This location currently
has openings for new male residents who are working a program and
meet the soberity qualifications. .
The house is located near shopping, transportation, and the Poway
Alano Club. Below are several pictures of the interior of the
home and the back yard.
Monthly fees for the Poway home are $575 for a private bedroom
and $475 for a shared room. This fee includes utilities. The first
month' fee and a $25 dollar key deposit is required at move in.

 The
house itself is at the end of Erin Lane so very little "through
traffic" passes the house. The neighborhood is mostly families
 The
backyard is large and the house has a barbeque. There is no smoking
inside, there are tables and chairs outside. There is also a small
garden area in the backyard for those who enjoy that hobby.
 There
are three bathrooms total in the house, two for the residents
(one upstairs and one downstairs) and one inside the house manager's
room (private bath). The house itself has a large water heater
and good water presure.
The kitchen is large enough for several people to comfotably
work on fixing meals at the same time. There are no "staff",
residents make and purchase their own food. There are two refigerators,
one inside the kitchen and one in the garage. The house also has
a washer and dryer in the garage as well.
